Id like to share some of the gifts I received from Mentors along my own career path. Their input and counseling was critical in my development into a successful operator and owner.
I've opened several businesses of my own and helped a couple of entrepeneurs start up and grow their business to significant profitability and income streams. I'm familiar with Business Policy, Accounting, Management, Marketing, and Finance. I've managed numerous profit centers for a national finance company, in multiple states. I've run title companies, wholesale mortgage lenders, retail mortgage lenders, and managed special projects divisions for loss mitigation. I've been licensed as a RE agent in FL, GA, and AL. I've held Insurance and CAM licenses in FL. I've received several certifications in renovation lending, construction lending, and even in commercial lending. I've been involved in the due diligence and buy/sale negotiations on several bulk purchases of receivables and other income based assets. My career has spanned more than three decades, so as the phrase goes "been there, done that", often applies.
